Welcome to Bobbie B’s B&B. By booking and staying with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

• All bookings must be made directly through our website, email, or approved booking platforms (Bookings.com and TheKosherBnB.com).
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Bobbie B’s B&B.
• Guests are responsible for providing accurate information during booking, including the number of guests, special requirements, and contact details.
   

• Check-in: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (flexible by prior arrangement).
• Check-out: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (flexible by prior arrangement).
• Guests must present valid identification upon arrival.
   

• Rates are charged per night as advertised on our website or booking platforms.
• Payment terms: [Insert your chosen terms, e.g., “50% deposit to secure booking, balance due on arrival” OR “full payment required prior to check-in”].
• Payments can be made via EFT, cash, or other methods confirmed at booking.
   

• Standard Policy: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival may be charged the first night’s stay.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 working days.
   

• The studio accommodates up to two guests comfortably; additional guests may be arranged by private agreement with the host.
• The property is strictly kosher, with Chalav Yisrael kitchen facilities provided. Guests are not permitted to bring non-kosher food or equipment onto the premises.
• Guests have access to the private studio, ensuite bathroom, lounge area, small garden, and designated parking.
• Towels, linen, WiFi, and breakfast provisions are included in your stay.
   

• Guests must respect the property, neighbours, and community guidelines, particularly regarding noise and Shabbat observance in the area.
• Any damages or loss caused by guests will be charged to the booking party.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Designated outdoor areas may be used.
• Pets are not allowed unless agreed in writing beforehand.
   

• Bobbie B’s B&B is located in a secure complex with 24/7 guards. While all reasonable steps are taken to ensure guest safety, the property is not liable for:
   
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies during the stay.
     
• Guests are advised to ensure they have adequate travel insurance.
   

We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: load-shedding, extreme weather, strikes, or government regulations.

• We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
• Personal information collected during booking is used only for processing reservations and communication.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
